Follow a card and its comments and moves reach you without putting your name on it. For the work you need to know about but do not own.

Connect craaft to an editor or agent over MCP, and transactional email got a rewrite so mentions, assignments, and invitations read like they came from a person.

Record a voice note or a screen capture in the browser and drop it on a card. No extra tools, no extra upload dance.

Bulk cards, and links that actually link
Create or move up to a hundred cards in one request. URLs typed in comments become clickable. Both were the kind of sharp edge you only notice once you hit it.

Milestones, and dates that mean something
Give a board the handful of dates you are actually steering by, then see what is due against them. Cards keep their own due dates; milestones are the ones worth a name.

An admin dashboard for the people running craaft
Super-admins can see users, projects, storage, and payments in one place. The operations view we needed once more than one person was looking after the product.

Sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn
Password-optional accounts. OAuth identities link to a verified email, and a password change still signs you out everywhere else.

A public API, with the spec on the wire
Personal access tokens, an OpenAPI document at /openapi.yaml, and a PHP SDK. Automate the board the same way you click it.

Checklists inside a card
Break a card into steps without breaking it into cards. Progress shows on the board face, so you can tell how far along something is without opening it.

Every card keeps its own history
Who moved it, who changed the priority, who reassigned it, and when. The trail lives on the card, so three weeks later the decision still has a reason attached to it.

Access per board, not per workspace
Invite someone to the workspace without handing them everything inside it. Boards can stay private to named people, and a client can be given exactly one.

Boards you can tell apart at a glance
Give each board its own colour or a background image of your own. Ten projects in a sidebar stop reading as ten identical rows.

Archive a card without deleting it
Work that is finished but not disposable comes off the board and stays in the record. Counts and views skip it. Nothing is thrown away.

Search every board, and tags to narrow it
One search box across every project you can reach, with title matches ranked above description matches. Tag cards and the tags become the filter.

Sign-in you can recover from
Password reset by email and address confirmation on sign-up. Change your password and every other session drops on its next request, not eventually.

Avatars, and a handle that is yours
Upload a picture and pick a username. @mentions work in cards and comments, and the mail they send reads like a person wrote it.

Comments, assignees, due dates
The card grew the fields that earn their place: a threaded conversation, an owner, a date, a size, a priority. Every one optional, none of them nagging you.

Columns you name yourself
Boards stopped being locked to To Do, Doing, Done. Name your own columns, colour them, reorder them, and cap the ones you want to keep short.
