See what happened on a board
Board admins can turn on Activity in a board's settings, under General. It adds a button to the top bar that shows who added, moved, commented on, archived or deleted cards, and who changed the columns, newest first and grouped by day. Filter it by person or by kind of change. Deleted cards stay in the list under the name they had. Entries are kept for 12 months, and the API has the same feed at /projects/{id}/activity.

craaft is in the Claude directory
Find craaft in the Claude directory and connect it to Claude Desktop or claude.ai without copying a URL. Claude sends you to craaft to sign in and approve, then reads your boards, adds cards and moves them with the boards and permissions your account already has.

Two-factor sign-in
Turn on two-factor in Settings, under Security, and craaft asks for a code from your authenticator app when you sign in with your email and password. Recovery codes get you in if you lose your phone.

Import your boards
Bring a board over from Trello, Jira, Asana or any CSV. Upload the export, check the preview, then land on a new board with its columns, cards, tags, due dates, checklists and comments. Nothing is sent to anyone: no emails or notifications go out. Up to 2,000 cards per import.

Find any file on a board
The new Files panel lists every file attached to a board's cards, newest first. Start typing to narrow it down: it matches file names, card titles and descriptions, who uploaded it and the file type. Press F on a board to open it.

Choose which board tools show
Board admins can now hide the milestones and archived cards buttons from a board's top bar in settings, under General. Nothing is deleted: turn a button back on and everything is where you left it.

Board settings open over your board
The gear now opens settings in a window over the board instead of a separate page. Switch between General, Public sharing, Webhooks and Email to card without leaving, and see a new background on the board as you pick it.

One message for a bulk change
Moving, creating, updating or archiving many cards at once now sends one Slack or Discord message, such as "30 cards moved to Done", listing the first 5. Reordering a long column no longer posts anything.

Notifications and webhooks that don't go missing
A busy moment can no longer drop a notification: it's saved with the change that caused it. Webhooks to your own integrations are saved before they're sent and retried for up to an hour if your endpoint is down, and one slow endpoint no longer holds up anyone else's Slack or Discord messages.

One message per card, not one per change
Slack and Discord now get a single message for a card once it has been quiet for a minute, listing everything that happened: a new card with 10 checklist items is one message, not 11. Emails are grouped per card too, with mentions and assignments at the top.

Email threads become cards you can act on
Turn on AI cards in a board's email-to-card settings, and a forwarded thread arrives as a card with a title that says what needs doing, a short summary, what's settled, what's still open, and the asks as a checklist. The original email is attached, and nothing changes for boards that leave it off.

Connect Claude with a sign-in, not a key
Add craaft as a connector in Claude Desktop or claude.ai, sign in and approve. There is no API key to copy, the connection has the same access your account does, and you can revoke it any time from Settings, then Connected apps.

A bell for what changed, and email only if you missed it
Mentions, assignments and changes on cards you follow land in an inbox behind a bell, live in every open tab. Anything still unread a few minutes later comes by email, with several changes to one card folded into one message.

Archived cards open, and moves between boards leave a trail
A link to an archived card now opens the card instead of saying it cannot be found. Moving a card to another board is recorded in its activity, and the board got a round of fixes for phones.

Slack and Discord messages you can read at a glance
Card changes posted to Slack and Discord now arrive as tidy messages instead of raw data. Email-to-card addresses start with the board's name, so you can tell which board an address belongs to.

Webhooks to Discord, and one place for board settings
Post card changes to a Discord channel, alongside Slack and signed JSON. Sharing, webhooks and email to card now sit together on one board settings page.

Webhooks, and email a card onto a board
Send card changes to Slack or to an endpoint you run, signed so you can check they came from us. Each board also gets its own address: forward an email to it and it becomes a card. Both are on Pro.

Start a board from a template, and drops that land where you let go
Pick Sprint, Bug tracker, Content calendar or Sales pipeline and the columns arrive named, coloured and in order. And a dropped card now lands exactly where the placeholder showed, not one slot lower.

An MCP server, and mail worth opening
Connect craaft to an editor or agent over MCP, and transactional email got a rewrite so mentions, assignments, and invitations read like they came from a person.

Voice notes and screen recordings on cards
Record a voice note or a screen capture in the browser and drop it on a card. No extra tools, no extra upload dance.

Bulk cards, and links that actually link
Create or move up to a hundred cards in one request. URLs typed in comments become clickable. Both were the kind of sharp edge you only notice once you hit it.

Milestones, and dates that mean something
Give a board the handful of dates you are actually steering by, then see what is due against them. Cards keep their own due dates; milestones are the ones worth a name.

An admin dashboard for the people running craaft
Super-admins can see users, projects, storage, and payments in one place. The operations view we needed once more than one person was looking after the product.

Sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn
Password-optional accounts. OAuth identities link to a verified email, and a password change still signs you out everywhere else.

A public API, with the spec on the wire
Personal access tokens, an OpenAPI document at /openapi.yaml, and a PHP SDK. Automate the board the same way you click it.

Checklists inside a card
Break a card into steps without breaking it into cards. Progress shows on the board face, so you can tell how far along something is without opening it.

Every card keeps its own history
Who moved it, who changed the priority, who reassigned it, and when. The trail lives on the card, so three weeks later the decision still has a reason attached to it.

Access per board, not per workspace
Invite someone to the workspace without handing them everything inside it. Boards can stay private to named people, and a client can be given exactly one.

Boards you can tell apart at a glance
Give each board its own colour or a background image of your own. Ten projects in a sidebar stop reading as ten identical rows.

Archive a card without deleting it
Work that is finished but not disposable comes off the board and stays in the record. Counts and views skip it. Nothing is thrown away.

Search every board, and tags to narrow it
One search box across every project you can reach, with title matches ranked above description matches. Tag cards and the tags become the filter.

Sign-in you can recover from
Password reset by email and address confirmation on sign-up. Change your password and every other session drops on its next request, not eventually.

Avatars, and a handle that is yours
Upload a picture and pick a username. @mentions work in cards and comments, and the mail they send reads like a person wrote it.

Comments, assignees, due dates
The card grew the fields that earn their place: a threaded conversation, an owner, a date, a size, a priority. Every one optional, none of them nagging you.

Columns you name yourself
Boards stopped being locked to To Do, Doing, Done. Name your own columns, colour them, reorder them, and cap the ones you want to keep short.

The first public build: boards, columns, cards, drag and drop, and a read-only link you can hand to anyone and revoke when you are done. Everything since has been sharpening it.
