Before you decide
What happens if I switch or cancel?
Switching tiers is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the time left. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to Free. Your projects stay visible and exportable throughout.
Do you offer refunds?
If something genuinely doesn’t work for you in the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we’ll refund - no friction, no survey. After that, cancelling stops future charges but past periods aren’t refunded. The refund policy has the detail.
What exactly can I export?
JSON gives you the full board: columns, cards, descriptions, comments, and metadata. CSV gives you one row per card, ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Both live in the project menu, on every plan.
Is my data secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions use HTTP-only same-site cookies, passwords are bcrypt-hashed. We don’t sell or share your data; the only outbound services are Paddle for billing and Resend for email.
