Do my agents need their own plan?
No. An agent connects through the MCP server or the REST API and acts as you, with your permissions and nothing more, so it uses your plan and never takes a seat. Both work on Free.
What happens if I switch or cancel?
Switching tiers is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the time left. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to Free. Your projects stay visible and exportable throughout.
Do you offer refunds?
If something genuinely doesn’t work for you in the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we’ll refund it. No friction, no survey. After that, cancelling stops future charges but past periods aren’t refunded. The refund policy has the detail.
What exactly can I export?
JSON gives you the full board: columns, cards, descriptions, comments, and metadata. CSV gives you one row per card, ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Both live in the project menu, on every plan.
Is my data secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, sessions use HTTP-only same-site cookies, and API tokens are stored only as a hash. Turn on two-factor sign-in in Settings to ask for a code from your authenticator app as well. We don’t sell or share your data. The services we use are Google Cloud for hosting and files, Paddle for billing, Resend for email, OpenRouter only on boards that turn on AI cards, and Plausible for cookieless visit counts on these public pages.
