Yep. Cancel from the in-app billing page in two clicks. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free. Your data stays - your projects remain visible and exportable; you just won't be able to invite new members or upload new attachments until you re-upgrade.

If something genuinely doesn't work for you in the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund - no friction, no survey. After that, cancellations stop future charges but past periods aren't refunded.

Every project can be exported as JSON containing the full board: columns, cards, descriptions, comments, and metadata. We're working on a CSV export for spreadsheet imports too.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sessions use HTTP-only same-site cookies and bcrypt-hashed passwords. We don't sell or share your data with third parties; the only outbound integrations are Paddle (billing) and Resend (email), both opt-in via your usage.

Pro plans include member invitations and roles (owner, admin, member) for collaborative boards. Every plan includes public read-only sharing if you just want to share a board with someone outside the team.
