# craaft > Simple task management for AI and humans. One kanban board a team works in the browser and their AI agents work through MCP or the REST API, with the same cards and the same permissions. Free for 3 projects; Pro is $14 a month or $140 a year. craaft is a hosted kanban board. People drag cards across columns in the browser; agents such as Claude, Claude Code and Cursor read boards, add cards, move them, comment and search through an MCP server with 74 tools, or through the REST API. An agent acts as the person who connected it, with that person's boards and permissions and nothing more. Every change shows up live for everyone with the board open. Key facts: - Free: up to 3 projects, unlimited cards, live updates, public read-only links, import and export, two-factor sign-in, the REST API and the MCP server. No credit card. - Pro ($14 a month or $140 a year, per workspace): unlimited projects, teammates with workspace and per-board roles, attachments up to 25 MiB, webhooks to Slack, Discord or your own endpoint, email to card, and 50 AI cards a month. Agents never need a seat of their own. - Boards: custom columns with colours and WIP limits, cards with comments, @mentions, checklists, due dates, assignee, size, priority and tags, milestones, a files panel, a board activity feed, archive and restore. - Focus: one list of overdue, due and stalled cards across every board. Standup walks a board one person at a time. - Import from Trello (JSON), Jira, Asana or any CSV, up to 2,000 cards per import. Export any board as JSON or CSV on every plan. - Claude and other MCP clients can sign in with OAuth 2.1; scripts and other clients use personal access tokens. Tokens are stored only as a hash. - Not built: swimlanes, links or dependencies between cards, Gantt charts or timelines, time tracking, offline mode, viewer presence. ## Product - [Home](https://craaft.io/): what craaft is, with screenshots of the board, Focus, standup, email to card and import - [Features](https://craaft.io/features): every feature, what you do in the browser and the call an agent makes for the same thing, plus what craaft doesn't do - [Pricing](https://craaft.io/pricing): Free and Pro compared feature by feature, with an FAQ on cancelling, refunds and data - [Import](https://craaft.io/import): how to bring a board from Trello, Jira, Asana or a spreadsheet, and what comes across - [Security](https://craaft.io/security): sign-in, sessions, agent access, data handling, the services craaft uses, and what it doesn't have yet - [Updates](https://craaft.io/updates): the changelog, newest first ## For agents and developers - [MCP server](https://craaft.io/mcp): connecting Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Cursor or any MCP client, and all 74 tools - [REST API guide](https://craaft.io/docs): tokens, requests, bulk endpoints, rate limits and errors - [OpenAPI spec](https://craaft.io/openapi.yaml): the full REST API as OpenAPI 3.1 - [Claude Code plugin](https://github.com/craaft/skill): the MCP server plus a skill that teaches Claude Code the API's rules ## Legal - [Terms](https://craaft.io/terms) - [Privacy](https://craaft.io/privacy): every service craaft uses and what each one sees - [Refunds](https://craaft.io/refunds)
